We choose the name Iridium for this coin because of the qualities and properties of the element Iridium. Iridium is a scarce metal on planet earth. It is more expensive than gold or platinum. Its the only metal we know of, that can withstand temperatures of hot air up to 1600 degrees celsius. Processing of this metal on earth is difficult. But it can be done. Who knows outer space what technologies are available and what they can do with this metal.
We can find ourselves in the fact Iridium is scarce. We want our coin also to get scarce. We will also create S ordinals, which are images as a inscription on the Stacks network. You can call them NFT’s on the Stacks network. We hope our creations will be collectors items. The first 25 Sordinals we will give away when minted out to random wallets!
To make things a little more exiting we have created the story of a creature called Iris. It has unidentified powers and is definitely nothing like mankind. It can change its appearance. Raised out of this asteroid what is his home. The Asteroid is called Irrus. Containing mostly Iridium molecules and toxic gasses. Somehow a creature evolved out of this for humans toxic environment. It is very evil and can not withstand any living organism. Iris is feared in the universe for its anger and compulsiveness to kill.
